You've Been Selected For EXACT All American & are AMONG THE NATION'S TOP 2 to 3% of HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETES.

Earned recognition from CAMP evaluation

A note from THE NATIONAL DIRECTOR

Congratulations - you've been nominated for All American.

This nomination is earned, not requested. It comes from college-coach evaluations tied to your X1 performance and the way you carried yourself in a competitive environment. In short: you showed traits that translate.

Coaches consistently identify nominees for three reasons:

  • Coachability — you listen, apply instruction, and improve
  • Competitive maturity — you compete with composure, consistency, and intent
  • Character and leadership — you elevate others and represent yourself well

What makes this opportunity different is the stage. You’re not just joining another event — you’re stepping into a select, national-team environment where you’ll train and compete abroad and represent the U.S. against strong programs and teams in their home setting.

Our belief — shared by the college coaches in our network — is simple: champions are built through repeated exposure to the right environments. The global stage demands adaptability, professionalism, and confidence under pressure. When you learn to perform there, you come home sharper — as an athlete and as a person.

If you have questions, use the FAQs and connect with our team. We’ll help you get clarity on options, logistics, and next steps.

What This Invitation Means

This All American International invitation is earned, not applied for. Your athlete was identified through college-coach evaluation and the standards tied to our showcase pathway. It signals that your athlete demonstrated the traits coaches consistently value at the next level—coachability, competitive maturity, and character—and is being offered a place in a select, national-team travel experience.

All American is designed to move families from recognition → clarity → next step without confusion or pressure. The goal of this FAQ section is to answer the most common questions quickly and transparently—so you know exactly what this opportunity is, why your athlete was selected, and how to take the next step if it’s the right fit.

Is this invitation earned or can anyone apply?

This is an earned invitation. Athletes cannot apply for All American International. Invitations are issued based on evaluation signals from the EXACT pathway and coach criteria.

What does being “selected” actually mean?

It means your athlete stood out in the areas that translate to higher levels of play—how they compete, respond to coaching, communicate, and carry themselves. It’s recognition of potential and readiness for a higher-level environment.

How selective is this?

All American International is designed for a narrow profile of athlete. While exact percentages can vary by sport and cycle, the intent is consistent: this is for athletes who project as high-ceiling and highly committed.

Does this mean my athlete is committed to going?

No. This invitation confirms eligibility and recognition. Registration is the step that secures a roster spot.

What’s the difference between this and a camp?

Camps are open enrollment. All American is invitation-only and built around a team travel experience, international training/competition, and a college-coach-led environment. It’s recognition + development + exposure in one program.

Why was the timeline extended?

The extended runway exists to give selected families time to evaluate travel logistics, budgeting, and schedule considerations—without forcing a rushed decision.

What’s the best next step if we’re interested but unsure?

Start with the FAQs, then choose one support path:

  • Book a 15-minute family call for quick logistics/payment clarity, and/or

  • Join a Selected Athlete Panel (Q&A) for broader program context.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

All American International is a 6-day, invitation-only USA All American team experience that combines elite coaching, international competition, and structured travel—built to give selected athletes a true next-level environment. Athletes train daily with NCAA/NAIA coaches and professional international staff, compete against high-level clubs/academies abroad, and return home with a professional media portfolio and a network that extends beyond the trip.

This is not a vacation and it’s not an open camp. It’s a national-team style experience: you’re representing the U.S., traveling with a roster of like-minded athletes from across the country, and being challenged in a global setting where growth accelerates fast.

What is All American International—at its core?

A selective, college coach-led international team experience where athletes train, compete, and develop in a professional environment abroad—alongside a roster of other top athletes from across the U.S.

How long is the program and what’s the structure?

The experience runs 6 nights / 7 days (typical structure). Days include team training, sessions with international/pro coaches, competition vs academies/clubs (varies by sport), cultural activities, and a professional media day.

What does the $3,299 athlete registration include?

It includes: 6 nights hotel, 2 meals/day, all in-country ground transportation, match/tournament fees, cultural tours/activities, USA Nike All American kit, professional media day (300+ photos), medical support + $5M insurance, and 24/7 supervision.

What’s not included in the registration FEE?

Airfare, personal spending money, and optional family travel add-ons. Athletes can book flights independently or through the EXACT group flight package after initial registration.

What kind of training do athletes get?

Daily training with NCAA/NAIA coaches plus sessions with professional international coaches. The goal is to expose athletes to higher standards: pace of play, decision-making, competitive composure, and coachability in a new environment.

What kind of competition will we play?

Competition varies by sport, but typically includes 2+ matches against high-level clubs/academies (often professional development environments). Some sports may play more frequently depending on format (e.g., tournament-style schedules).

How are rosters built and why are spots capped?

Spots are capped (often upwards of 45 athletes per destination, with age/grad-year limits by group) to protect playing time and experience quality. Teams are typically built by position first (where relevant) and then by age/grad year.

Is this more about recruiting or development?

It’s both—but the experience is primarily designed around development + exposure. Athletes spend meaningful time with college coaches (not just being watched), and the environment often creates long-term relationships and future opportunities.

What makes this different from another camp or showcase?

Three big differences:

  • Invitation-only (earned selection)

  • International validation (competing and training abroad in pro environments)

  • True team experience with sustained coach access, media portfolio, and structured travel logistics

What do athletes take home besides the experience?

A stronger performance mindset, a national peer network, a professional content package (photos/media assets), and the confidence that comes from proving you can compete and adapt on a global stage.

Can an athlete attend more than one trip?

Yes—athletes can attend multiple international trips, space and eligibility permitting.

What’s the role of parents/guardians in the program?

About 50% of athletes have a parent attend. Parent registration is available after athlete registration is complete, and parent participation is fully supported through logistics, transportation, activities, and communication.

What’s Included

Your All American registration covers the core trip experience end-to-end once you’re on the ground: lodging, meals, transportation, training/competition costs, gear, media, and supervision. The goal is a clean, professionally run team experience—so families aren’t piecing together logistics across multiple vendors.

What’s included in the $3,299 athlete registration?

  • Hotel accommodations (6 nights)
  • 2 meals per day (breakfast + lunch or dinner, depending on itinerary)
  • All in-country ground transportation (team bus / transfers)
  • Training + coaching with NCAA/NAIA coaches and international/pro staff
  • Match / tournament fees (sport-dependent)
  • Cultural tours and group activities
  • Professional game attendance (season/location dependent)
  • USA Nike All American kit
  • Professional Media Day (typically 300+ photos)
  • Medical support + $5M insurance
  • 24/7 athlete supervision by staff and coaches

What’s included for parents/family members who travel?

Family travel is the same fee as athletes ($3,299 per traveler) and includes:

  • Hotel accommodations (6 nights)
  • 2 meals per day
  • All in-country transportation with the group
  • Access to group activities/tours and competitions
  • Included in communication + logistics support
Parent registration typically opens after the athlete completes registration.

Is airfare included?

No—airfare is not included in the $3,299 registration. Families can either:

  • Book independently, or

  • Purchase an EXACT flight package (details available after initial registration)

Are match videos and content included?

All competitions are captured for content and visibility. Media Day includes a professional photo set; game video coverage is part of the trip capture plan (availability/format varies by sport and venue)

What gear is included?

Athletes receive the complete Nike All American kit (used for training, travel days, and Media Day). Gear is typically shipped before departure.

Is supervision and safety included for athletes traveling without a parent?

Yes. Athletes are supervised 24/7 with structured check-ins, staff oversight, and travel-day coordination protocols (including group communication and tracking systems where applicable).

What if there’s a gear issue (missing item / wrong size / wrong address)?

Operations can support replacements and fixes. If something can’t be resolved before departure, it can be handled at the destination when feasible.

What about football gear specifically?

Football athletes typically must bring:

  • Helmet (properly fitted)

  • Shoulder pads

  • Girdle with pads (recommended)

  • Mouthguards
Football equipment is difficult to source internationally, so personal gear is required.

Cost & Payment Options

All American is priced as a complete international team experience—lodging, meals, transportation, training/competition, gear, media, and 24/7 supervision are bundled into one registration. Airfare is separate so families can either book independently or use the group flight option.

What is the cost to register for All American?

Athlete registration: $3,299

Parent/family traveler registration (optional): $3,299 per traveler

What does the $3,299 cover (high level)?

Your registration covers the on-the-ground trip experience (hotel, meals, transportation, training/competition fees, gear, media day, medical support/insurance, and supervision).
Airfare is not included.

Is airfare included?

No. Airfare is separate. You can:

  • Book flights on your own, or
  • Purchase an EXACT group flight package

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes—payment plans are available depending on trip timing:

  • 6-month installment plan (typically for summer trips)

  • 10-month installment plan (typically for Winter ’26 / Spring ’27 trips)
The first installment is paid at enrollment, then payments occur monthly until paid in full.

When is the balance due?

Regardless of payment plan, the trip must be paid in full prior to departure.

Do you offer scholarships or financial assistance?

There are no formal scholarships. However, through our partnership with PrepSponsor, you can contact up to 50 local businesses based on your ZIP code to help you launch your personalized sponsorship campaign. Visit https://dev1.exactsports.com/how-prepsponsor-works to learn more about how it works.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

For fully paid registrations:

  • 50% refundable if cancelled 12+ weeks before departure

  • 25% refundable if cancelled 8–12 weeks before departure

  • Non-refundable if cancelled within 8 weeks of departure

For unpaid balances:

  • Unpaid future fees may be waived, but no refund is available

  • Registration must be fully paid to receive a refund under the policy

What if my athlete gets injured or can’t attend after registering?

We’ll review the situation case-by-case based on timing and what has been booked. In many cases, we can explore options like transferring to a future trip—reach out as soon as possible so we can help.

Travel, Safety & Supervision

All American is a structured, fully supervised international team experience. Athletes travel on a clear schedule with EXACT staff and college coaches, with consistent check-ins, group transportation, and defined safety protocols from travel day through the final return.

Safety at a Glance

  • 24/7 supervision by EXACT staff + college coaches
  • Daily accountability (headcounts + check-ins at key transitions)
  • Group transportation for all in-country movement
  • Medical support on-site + $5M insurance coverage
  • Travel-day coordination (clear arrival windows + meet points; WhatsApp group)

Are athletes supervised at all times?

Yes. Athletes are under 24/7 supervision with staff and coaches responsible for check-ins, headcounts, and team movement throughout the trip.

What safety protocols are in place?

We use layered safeguards, including:

  • Scheduled check-ins (morning, evening, and transitions)

  • Headcounts at departures/arrivals (hotel, bus, training sites, events)

  • Clear rules for group movement and athlete conduct

  • Medical support and $5M insurance coverage

  • Dedicated communication channel for fast coordination (WhatsApp)

Can athletes attend without a parent/guardian?

Yes. Many athletes travel without a parent. Athletes remain fully supported by the same supervision structure, check-ins, and group schedule.

How does travel work—group flight vs. booking our own?

You can choose either:

  • Group flight option (when offered): EXACT coordinates the group flight and provides timing + process details.

  • Independent booking: Families book their own flights and follow the recommended arrival window and destination meet-up instructions.

Where do group flights usually depart from?

Group flights are typically from major hubs like JFK or Miami (trip-dependent). You’ll receive the confirmed details once rosters are finalized.

When will we receive itinerary, hotel, and flight details?

Typical release timing:

  • Flight details (group option): 8 weeks before departure

  • Preliminary itinerary: 4 weeks before departure

  • Hotel details: 2–4 weeks before departure

  • Final itinerary: week of departure

What if my athlete is flying alone?

We provide travel-day coordination steps (where to go, who to contact, when to check in). Families may also use airline unaccompanied minor services when applicable.

How do you communicate with families before and during travel?

We create a trip WhatsApp group (staff, coaches, parents, athletes) 1–2 weeks before departure and host a pre-trip meet & greet call about 1 week before departure.

Do athletes share rooms?

Yes—athletes typically share rooms with teammates, and each athlete has their own bed. If a parent attends, athletes often room with their parent/guardian.

Can parents attend practices, games, and activities?

If parents travel with the group, they’re included in transportation, lodging, meals, games, and most activities.
In rare cases, certain professional facilities may have no-spectator policies—we follow host rules when required.

Do we need any special documentation for England?

Yes—England requires an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) (not a visa). It’s a quick online process linked to the traveler’s passport. We will share this document with you once registered.

Rosters & How Spots Work

All American rosters are intentionally capped so every athlete gets a true national-team experience—high-level training, meaningful competition minutes, and a team environment built for development and exposure. Spots are limited by destination, sport, age group, and (in some sports) position, so registering secures your place on that specific roster.

How are athletes selected for All American?

All American is nomination-only. Athletes are selected through a combination of:

  • College coach evaluations at EXACT events/camps (including X1)

  • Performance and coachability indicators observed on-site

  • Youth/club coach feedback (where applicable)

A nomination means your athlete stood out as someone who can compete and represent at a higher level—on and off the field.

How many athletes are on a roster per destination?

Rosters are capped at approximately 45 athletes per destination (varies slightly by sport/trip structure). Caps exist to protect:

  • Playing time

  • Training quality

  • Coaching attention

  • Team experience and organization

How do age groups work?

Teams are structured to keep competition fair and development meaningful:

  • Age/grad-year group caps are typically ~20 athletes per age group max

  • Final grouping depends on the sport and the roster makeup for that destination

How are rosters built—by position, age, or both?

Generally, rosters are built in this order:

  1. By position needs (to ensure depth and playing time)

  2. Then by age/grad year (to match athletes appropriately)

This helps coaches create the best team structure while still delivering a strong experience for every athlete.

Are there position limitS?

Yes—some positions are capped due to game structure:

  • Example - Goalkeepers: typically 2 per team (occasionally 1–3 depending on roster)

  • Other sports may also have position constraints based on lineup requirements

If a position is capped and fills early, it may close before the overall destination roster is full.

What does it mean to “secure a spot” on the roster?

When you register, you’re reserving a specific roster spot tied to:

  • The destination

  • The sport

  • The team structure (including position/age constraints)

Can athletes attend more than one trip?

Yes. Athletes can participate in multiple international trips if they have availability and meet eligibility for that season/trip.

How does playing time work?

All American is built to ensure athletes get a real on-field/on-court experience. Coaches manage playing time based on:

  • Team structure (position depth, lineup needs)

  • Training week performance and readiness

  • Creating a competitive product while ensuring meaningful participation

Bottom line: roster caps exist specifically to protect playing time and overall value.

When are rosters considered “final”?

Rosters become “final” once registration closes for that destination/team. After that, EXACT begins locking in:

  • Final scheduling and opponents

  • Facility confirmations

  • Detailed itineraries and logistics

What happens if the roster for my preferred destination fills up?

If a roster fills, we’ll guide you to the best available options for your sport (alternate destinations or later dates, when available). Availability depends on the season and remaining roster capacity.

What Parents Should Expect

All American is designed to be a high-trust, high-structure travel and team experience. Parents should expect clear communication, consistent supervision, and an athlete-focused environment that feels closer to a college trip than a typical youth travel event. Many families attend, but athletes can also travel without a parent—either way, our staff and coaches run a tight operation from arrival through departure.

Do parents have to attend?

No. Parent/guardian attendance is optional. Many athletes travel independently, and our staff/coaches are experienced traveling with athletes and managing group logistics.

If parents attend, can they be involved in activities?

Yes. Parents who register typically participate in:

  • Group transportation

  • Team meals included in the program plan

  • Cultural activities and tours

  • Match attendance (and most training sessions)

Note: Some professional facilities or academies have no-spectator policies for certain sessions. When that happens, we follow host rules.

What does parent communication look like before the trip?

Parents can expect a structured communication rhythm:

  • Email updates as key details are confirmed

  • A team WhatsApp group created 1–2 weeks before departure (parents/athletes/staff/coaches)

  • A pre-trip Google Meet call about ~1 week before departure to review logistics, expectations, and travel day flow

When will we get key trip details (hotel, itinerary, flights)?

We release details in phases so information is accurate and aligned with the final roster:

  • Flight details: 8 weeks before departure

  • Preliminary itinerary: ~4 weeks before departure

  • Hotel details: 2–4 weeks before departure

  • Final itinerary: week of departure

  • WhatsApp group: 1–2 weeks before departure

What should parents expect for travel day if the athlete is traveling without us?

If you book flights independently:

  • We provide a recommended arrival window

  • Athletes meet the group at a designated arrival point in the destination city

  • WhatsApp is used for real-time coordination on travel day

Will my athlete be supervised at all times?

Yes. We run:

  • Structured daily schedules

  • Clear check-in procedures

  • Staff presence throughout the day and at night

  • Group transportation system that keeps athletes together

Safety and supervision are non-negotiables.

How are rooming arrangements handled?

Athletes typically share hotel rooms with teammates.

  • Each athlete has their own bed

  • Room assignments are managed by staff with safety and age/grad-year considerations

  • If a parent attends, athletes often room with their parent/guardian

What is the “team culture” like during the trip?

Expect a strong team environment—many families describe it as:

  • Athletes forming tight bonds quickly (“brothers/sisters for life” energy)

  • A more mature experience (college-style expectations)

  • A shared sense of pride representing the USA internationally

What To Do Next

Your athlete has been selected because college coaches saw the traits that translate to the next level—performance, coachability, and leadership. The next step is simple: confirm your intent, get your questions answered, and then lock in your roster spot when you’re ready.

What’s the very first step?

Reply “ACCEPT” to confirm you’re moving forward as a selected athlete.
This unlocks the official next-step information (trip options, key details, and support flow).

What if we’re interested but still have questions?

That’s normal. You have two fast options:

  • Request a 15-minute family call (parent/guardian + athlete)

  • Attend a Selected Athlete Panel (coach + staff Q&A)

These are designed to remove uncertainty and help you make a confident decision.

How do we book a call with the team?

When you request a call, you’ll receive a link to a short pre-call prep form.
After you submit it, you’ll click through to book your 15-minute call time.

How do the Selected Athlete Panels work?

Panels are a 30-minute live Q&A with coaches and staff—focused on:

  • Program structure + what the trip actually looks like

  • Safety + supervision

  • Travel + roster logistics

  • Payments + planning

  • “Is this the right fit for our family?”

They’re typically scheduled Wednesday/Thursday afternoons and evenings.

What should we decide before registering?

Most families finalize:

  • Which destination/trip option they want (based on sport availability + preference)

  • Whether they want to use a payment plan

  • Whether a parent is attending (optional—can be handled after athlete registration)

How do we secure a roster spot once we’re ready?

Complete your registration as soon as you’ve chosen your trip option.
Spots are capped by destination and position to protect playing time and experience quality.

What happens after we register?

After you register, you’ll begin receiving the step-by-step planning sequence, including:

  • Timing for itinerary and travel details

  • Team communication setup (WhatsApp)

  • Pre-trip team call

  • Gear + media day planning

What if we’re not ready yet—do we just wait?

Don’t wait in silence. If you’re on the fence, the best move is to:

  • ACCEPT so you’re in the right support flow, then

  • Book a call or join a panel so we can help you get clarity quickly.

Who do we contact if we’re stuck or not receiving emails?

Reply to any All American email you received, or contact the team at [email protected].
(Also check spam/junk folders if something seems missing.)

Savannah Cox

University of Redlands, Head Women's Volleyball Coach

The style of play in Europe is a lot different than ours in the U.S. so exposure to that experience is really elevating our training...Volleyball is not a cookie cutter sport so there's not one way that's correct to training...giving them the opportunity to learn and add to their toolbox of training is really an invaluable experience to them as an athlete.
