Role Overview:

As Product Lead, you’re the quarterback for one of our signature brands. You’ll roll up your sleeves and run the show: crafting campaigns, connecting with customers, closing sales, launching ideas, solving problems, and owning outcomes. You’ll work directly with our executive team, draw from shared tools and playbooks, and shape the future of a product that makes a difference in the lives of young athletes.

We operate many great programs including our X1 ID Camp, All State Game, X-Factor Mental Skills Training technology, HoopStats app, YouthTime Magazine, and many others. We'll chat with you to find the right fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the charge on sales, outreach, and enrollments — from email and phone outreach to full-funnel conversion
• Build and launch marketing campaigns with support from our content, design, and freelance network
• Deliver outstanding customer experience that drives retention and referrals
• Coordinate light ops (schedules, profiles, follow-up) to keep everything moving
• Analyze performance, experiment with growth tactics, and push for stronger results
