We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Project Lead to join our mission-driven team. This crucial role is integral to our expansion of an exciting new program aimed at empowering youth across the United States. You will be working closely with a vibrant team of five (and growing), managing, organizing, and overseeing data, setting up email marketing campaigns, and leading project operation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Organization and Analysis: Manage and organize spreadsheet data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information. Utilize your exceptional analytical skills to interpret data and provide valuable insights to help us reach our goals.
Email Marketing Campaigns: Set up and manage targeted email marketing campaigns. Use your creativity and strong communication skills to draft engaging emails that will inspire and mobilize our audience.
Team Coordination: Act as the linchpin within our dynamic team of five. Facilitate communication, coordinate tasks, and ensure everything runs smoothly and effectively.
Project Management: Oversee the successful execution of our youth outreach program. Coordinate all project stages, from planning to implementation, while ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are met.
Innovation: Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for program development and enhancements. Your input will be invaluable in shaping the future of our program.
